If memory doesn’t fail me, there were two coloured factions comprising of:
Pair of Privates, corporals, sergeants, lieutenants, captains, majors, colonels, brigadiers, major generals, Lt generals.
One four-star, a marshal, and the commander-in-chief for each faction.
Both sides also received a set of four grenades and landmines.

I can’t remember if I played it correctly. But me and dad used to play it as playing covered cards and revealing them to see the result.

I do know that each rank eats the one higher than it, while the explosives utterly destroy said played card. Grenade could be deployed off hand whenever in the hand. Landmine was more of a trapcard. Losing the commander-in-chief means game over.

There was also an animal kingdom variation of the game as well as a sea creature one called seamine too.

I am familiar with a similar version of the same game. There are Chinese translations of each item or rank. There are Malay words printed on the back of the box, a brief how to play guide.

Someone is selling it on Carousell. I have it, but not in very good condition.

My best memory of it: there are two teams in the game, and the president of one of the teams is Hitler himself. That team’s grenades are also the stick grenades used by the Nazis.

This wouldn’t be tolerated by the politically-correct snowflakes of today.
